All Hands Engineering – Implementation
Following Detailed Engineering Stage, and sanction of the project by the Client, the work will progress into the Implementation Phase, which will follow up engineering support of the construction and support to commissioning and start-up of the Systems.
The project work that will be undertaken by any of the 6Phases Engineering Disciplines will proceed to this phase, which covers all the support of procurement, commissioning, and operational start-up. The general outline of the Implementation Phase task is shown below:
General Objectives of the Implementation Phase:
- Finalize the evaluation of the system/ opportunities within the Implementation Stages;
- Each of the systems will review the impact to safety and environmental; and
- Management of Construction, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operational Start-up of Systems.
